Define and execute the People AI strategy and roadmap for EY India, prioritizing AI use-cases for maximum business impact. Lead end-to-end re-engineering of high-friction Talent Management and HR processes, eliminating inefficiencies. Oversee the People AI technology architecture, partnering with HR Technology and IT for informed build/buy decisions. Drive value realization and adoption of AI-driven solutions across HR workflows. Provide leadership in governance, risk, and ethics for People AI initiatives, ensuring human-in-the-loop standards and bias mitigation.

We seek a visionary leader with 18-25+ years of experience in large-scale HR or enterprise transformations within matrixed, partnership-driven organizations. A B.E. degree coupled with an MBA/PGDM from a top-tier institution is required. The ideal candidate possesses strong executive presence, proven ability to influence, and a practical, agile approach to solving complex problems.
