Design and implement advanced testing strategies for LLM-based applications and AI agents. Lead QE transformation programs across large enterprises and multiple client accounts. Engage clients strategically to champion AI-led Quality Engineering solutions.

Spearhead sales pursuits, develop AI-QE solutions, and shape compelling proposals. Build QE Centers of Excellence, create reusable assets, and establish industry-leading methodologies. Foster thought leadership by developing innovative QE strategies and frameworks.

Manage strategic alliances with hyperscalers and technology providers to integrate AI and QE capabilities. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of QE architects, AI engineers, and testing professionals.

A minimum of 5 years in Quality Engineering, Testing, or Test Architecture with proven architectural expertise is essential.

Possess deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI testing. A strong understanding of Agentic AI, AI agents, and autonomous systems is crucial. Demonstrate solid knowledge of LLM validation, bias detection, explainability, and AI safety.

Experience leading enterprise QE transformation programs and multi-account engagements is required. Familiarity with AI platforms such as LangChain, LangGraph, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock is necessary. Proficiency with modern automation tools like Playwright and JMeter is expected.
