This leadership role focuses on defining and executing the technology strategy for Order Management Systems (OMS), driving modernization and transformation initiatives. The position requires a visionary architect to shape the enterprise vision and roadmap for OMS, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The role involves leading large-scale OMS transformations, including distributed order management, omnichannel fulfillment, and enhanced inventory visibility. Building strong executive-level stakeholder relationships across business, product, supply chain, and engineering teams is crucial for delivering effective OMS solutions.

Key responsibilities include establishing enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technology best practices. The individual will also oversee integration architecture across various enterprise systems and drive cloud adoption, microservices architecture, and platform modernization to boost scalability and efficiency.

Lead the OMS Technology Strategy & Architecture function, creating the enterprise vision and modernization roadmap. Drive large-scale OMS transformation projects, encompassing DOM, omnichannel fulfillment, and inventory visibility. Cultivate executive-level stakeholder relationships with Business, Product, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams. Establish enterprise architecture standards, governance, and technology best practices for OMS. Spearhead architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and platform selection for OMS and integrations. Oversee integration architecture across OMS, ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM, eCommerce, POS, and marketplace platforms using modern architectural principles. Champion cloud adoption, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration initiatives. Provide strategic leadership and foster architectural excellence and innovation within engineering and delivery teams. Influence executive leadership through strategic recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Cloud Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or Cloud Advisory is required. Candidates must also possess over 8 years of leadership experience managing extensive cloud transformation and modernization programs.

Proven expertise in leading Google Cloud Platform (GCP) consulting, cloud strategy, and enterprise cloud adoption is essential. A strong command of GCP services, including GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Anthos, BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Security, is necessary.

Hands-on experience with cloud migration, cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and FinOps is critical. A solid understanding of enterprise cloud governance, security, compliance, cloud operating models, and architecture best practices is also expected.

Demonstrated experience in business development, solutioning, proposal management, pre-sales, account growth, and revenue ownership is key. Previous work with enterprise clients across industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Media, or Healthcare is beneficial.

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, executive communication, strategic planning, and people management skills are mandatory. Experience building consulting practices, managing strategic alliances, and leading global delivery teams is a plus.
