Lead and execute large-scale strategy, operating model, and business transformation projects, with a focus on the Consumer Products and Retail sectors. Drive evaluations and redesigns of operating models to boost organizational effectiveness, governance, and service delivery. Spearhead business process reengineering programs aimed at enhancing efficiency and operational performance. Assist clients in strategy implementation by developing actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Manage transformation initiatives across sales, supply chain, planning, automation, and cost optimization. Foster strong client relationships through leadership in interactions, workshops, and executive meetings. Develop compelling business cases, transformation plans, operating models, and presentations for senior leadership. Mentor managers and team members to ensure project excellence and capability growth. Support practice development through proposal writing, thought leadership, and business development efforts.
We are seeking an experienced professional with 12-14 years in management consulting, strategy, or transformation engagements. An MBA from a Tier 1/2 IIM or equivalent business school, or a CA, or an engineering background is highly preferred. Prior experience with Big 4 or leading consulting firms is advantageous, particularly within the Consumer Products, Retail, or FMCG sectors. Essential expertise includes Business Process Reengineering, complemented by experience in Operating Model Design, Strategy Implementation, Supply Chain, Sales Transformation, Automation, Analytics, or Cost Optimization. Demonstrated ability to lead major transformation programs, manage senior stakeholders effectively, and achieve tangible business results is crucial. Excellent problem-solving, communication, team leadership, and client relationship management skills are required.
