Lead the Technology Strategy & Transformation practice for insurance clients as an accomplished consulting leader. This role involves executive advisory, business development, practice leadership, commercial oversight, and managing large-scale technology transformation programs. You will be instrumental in cultivating strategic client relationships, driving revenue, shaping market offerings, and guiding complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, and boards on enterprise technology strategy and business transformation. Lead strategic consulting engagements, focusing on enterprise-wide technology modernization and digital transformation for insurance clients. Develop long-term technology visions, strategic roadmaps, and investment priorities aligned with business goals. Advise on cloud strategy, enterprise architecture, platform selection, infrastructure modernization, AI adoption, data strategy, and operating model transformation. Facilitate executive workshops and board-level discussions to define future technology landscapes and priorities. Oversee complex enterprise transformation programs, providing strategic direction, governance, and risk management. Lead technology due diligence, strategic assessments, operating model reviews, sourcing strategy, and investment planning. Own strategic client accounts and cultivate executive relationships to drive sustained business growth. Spearhead business development, including opportunity identification, account planning, pursuit strategy, and commercial negotiations. Define and develop new consulting offerings, industry solutions, and go-to-market strategies. Build strategic alliances with hyperscalers, technology vendors, and ecosystem partners. Manage revenue targets, sales pipeline, profitability, and overall commercial performance. Provide executive oversight for engagement delivery, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and successful outcomes. Drive practice growth through recruitment, capability development, and mentoring. Represent the organization in industry forums and conferences. Publish thought leadership and contribute to industry research. Collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated transformation solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology is required, with an MBA being preferred. Possess 16+ years of combined consulting and industry experience, with deep expertise in BFSI technology transformation. Demonstrate a proven track record of managing executive client relationships and leading multimillion-dollar consulting engagements. Exhibit strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership capabilities, and excellent executive communication skills. Experience with InsureMO implementation across multiple clients is highly advantageous, alongside a strong understanding of both life and general insurance domains. Familiarity with the Indian software vendor landscape within the insurance sector is preferred. Knowledge of Enterprise Technology Strategy, Core Systems Transformation (e.g., InsureMO, LifeAsia, TCS Bancs), Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Strategy, and Technology Operating Models is essential.
