We are seeking a leader to drive strategic P2P transformation and deliver impactful finance solutions. You will inspire teams, engage clients, and champion innovation across global procurement and payment operations. Responsibilities encompass defining the P2P strategic roadmap, acting as a thought leader in Finance & Accounting, and overseeing global P2P operations to ensure client satisfaction and KPI adherence. This role requires strong leadership to empower a global P2P team and foster strategic stakeholder partnerships. A Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred. A minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in accounting cycles is necessary, with at least 10 years in a leadership or service delivery role within a global or shared services environment. Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle Cloud, along with strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, accounting principles, and internal controls, is essential.
