Seeking a Director in Data Engineering for our Bengaluru location. This role is pivotal in driving data modernization and migration initiatives.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Data Lakehouse concepts. The ideal candidate will lead the team in architecting and implementing robust data solutions.

Lead data engineering projects focused on modernizing our data infrastructure and migrating existing data systems.

Develop and implement strategies for efficient data warehousing, data lakes, and data lakehouse architectures.

Mentor and guide the data engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our data platforms.

Demonstrated expertise in Azure Data Factory, DataBricks, SQL, PySpark, GitHub, and Python is essential.

Familiarity with DBT and Azure Cloud is advantageous.

Strong soft skills including teamwork, clear communication, a proactive approach, and effective problem-solving are required.
