Drive transformative Oracle Cloud Financials initiatives as a Director. This role involves leading large-scale Oracle EBS and Cloud implementations, upgrades, and managed services. You will build and nurture strong executive client relationships, acting as a key advisor for both business and technology leaders. Focus on business development, including crafting innovative solutions and responding to RFPs.

Lead end-to-end Oracle transformation programs, encompassing EBS and Cloud implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and managed services. Cultivate and manage executive-level client relationships, providing trusted advisory services to business and technology stakeholders.

Spearhead business development efforts, including solution architecture, proposal creation, RFP responses, deal structuring, and pre-sales support. Oversee program governance, delivery management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance for substantial Oracle engagements. Mentor and guide high-performing Oracle consulting teams to drive delivery excellence and capability enhancement.

Facilitate collaboration with functional and technical teams across Oracle Finance, Supply Chain, and ERP areas to deliver cohesive business solutions. Ensure the successful deployment and optimization of core ERP business processes, such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R), adhering to industry best practices. Contribute to strategic planning, practice expansion, and capability building within the Oracle consulting practice.

A minimum of 15 years of dedicated Oracle consulting experience is required, with deep expertise in both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Applications. You must possess proven experience in leading extensive Oracle transformation and implementation programs across EBS and Cloud platforms.

Demonstrate a strong grasp of Finance and Supply Chain business processes, coupled with profound knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R). Proven success in program management, delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance for intricate Oracle projects is essential.

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive client engagement capabilities are crucial, including experience managing steering committees and governance forums. A track record of building, mentoring, and scaling effective Oracle consulting teams is necessary. Demonstrated experience in business development, solutioning, proposal management, RFP responses, and driving growth initiatives is also key.

Experience within a Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting environment, along with managing global delivery models, is advantageous. Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills, coupled with a robust delivery and growth mindset, are expected.
