Lead independent service delivery for O2C/AR COE across all regions, ensuring service quality and customer centricity. Drive significant influence on upstream and downstream process integration for end-to-end efficiency and standardization. Foster a regional O2C process community for alignment and best practice sharing. Manage internal and external audit and compliance, including SOX. Provide leadership and technical direction for Finance staff, developing a vision for operational excellence. Oversee country/regional transactional issue trackers and govern closure of open items. Manage operating manpower requirements based on Annual Operating Plans (AoP) and achieve constant efficiency. Provide budget inputs and monitor financial performance, identifying and rectifying areas of unsatisfactory performance. Stay abreast of regulatory frameworks and ensure operational procedures align with guidelines.

Define objectives and cascade KPIs and goals to team members. Serve as a single point of escalation for operational issues, effectively resolving them through stakeholder influence. Review and publish financial MIS reports for decision-making support. Ensure alignment with procedural/legislative controls and adherence to agreed SLAs & TAT. Act as a change agent, identifying and delivering process excellence and continuous improvement programs.

Serve as the GBS Relationship Manager/SPOC during Business As Usual and new transition phases. Accountable for resolving issues requiring collaboration across multiple CoEs within GBS. Act as a third-level escalation point for Country Finance Controllers, Regional CFOs, and Functional Heads. Participate in Regional/Country Monthly Process Performance Review Meetings. Maintain Country Level Strategic Issue/Action Tracker and coordinate change management. Develop and maintain strong proactive relationships with internal stakeholders and nurture ecosystem partnerships with vendors, auditors, and authorities. Review vendor performance and anticipate risks.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is required. A minimum of 15 to 20 years of professional experience is expected.
