You will lead Procurement-to-Pay (PTP) Centers of Excellence across all regions, ensuring service quality and customer centricity. This involves driving process integration for end-to-end efficiency, managing internal and external audits (including SOX), and providing technical direction to finance staff. Key responsibilities include managing operational manpower and budgets, staying abreast of regulatory frameworks, and acting as a single point of escalation for operational issues.

Additional duties encompass serving as a GBS Relationship Manager, resolving cross-functional issues, and acting as a third-level escalation point for Country Finance Controllers and Regional CFOs. You will also coordinate change management, develop strong stakeholder relationships, and nurture ecosystem partnerships. Driving effective governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks is crucial. People management includes role-modeling, planning staffing, building a leadership pipeline, fostering a performance-driven culture, and implementing employee engagement initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 15-20 years of relevant experience.
