This Director role within Business Consulting targets the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, focusing on critical areas like Finance, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, enhance competitiveness, and implement agile strategies for sustainable growth. Our team addresses challenges related to employee and customer experiences, operational excellence, data protection, brand reputation, and value-creating M&A strategies.

As a Director in Business Consulting, you will lead service delivery and process excellence for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Center of Excellence across all regions in Finance Global Business Services (GBS). You will be accountable for service quality, customer centricity, and business partnership with commercial teams. Key responsibilities include driving end-to-end process integration for efficiency and standardization, managing internal and external audits (including SOX), and providing technical leadership for the finance staff.

You will also oversee operational excellence by defining objectives, cascading goals, and acting as a single point of escalation for regional operational issues. This includes reviewing and publishing financial MIS, ensuring alignment with legislative controls, and acting as a change agent for process improvement programs. A crucial part of the role involves managing stakeholder relationships, including GBS, Country Finance Controllers, Regional CFOs, and external vendors, to ensure optimal business operations and strategic issue resolution.

This role requires a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 15-20 years of progressive experience. We seek individuals with a practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving, capable of delivering insightful solutions in a complex environment. The ideal candidate is agile, curious, mindful, and adaptable, maintaining positive energy while demonstrating creativity.
