This role is for a Director in Business Consulting, specializing in the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications) sector, with a focus on CNS (Client Network Services) and Finance. As a Director in Finance Consulting, you will lead and deliver finance transformation initiatives for our clients. This includes process redesign, operating model improvement, and optimizing the finance function. You will provide expert support for GCC (Global Capability Centers) setup programs, focusing on transition planning, governance, and service delivery design.

You will leverage strong general consulting skills to assess business needs and develop structured, data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include conducting finance process assessments, designing target-state operating models, and providing implementation support for complex transformation programs. Your role will involve translating client requirements into practical consulting deliverables with a clear focus on finance and GCC-related outcomes.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
