EY Consulting is seeking an experienced Director to join our Chemicals Practice within the CHS vertical in Mumbai. This role involves leading business consulting initiatives focused on supply chain and operations, driving growth, and implementing transformative strategies for clients.

Our CHS vertical encompasses Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors, addressing diverse client needs from retail and agriculture to health sciences. We are committed to building a better working world by transforming businesses through innovation and technology.

As a Director in Business Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in solving our clients' most strategic and complex problems, delivering long-term value. Your expertise will be crucial in areas like business transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations management, supporting large-scale program and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities include formulating growth strategies, conducting due diligence for M&A transactions, enhancing pricing and commercial excellence to improve margins, and leading large-scale transformation programs focused on growth and EBITDA improvement.

You will also be responsible for creating and implementing digital and AI strategies. Practice and people leadership involve end-to-end engagement delivery, proactive business development, developing and refining client propositions, and leading business development with new and existing clients.

Furthermore, you will lead and mentor consulting teams, invest in training and capability building, develop thought leadership, and manage project work plans and budgets for assigned teams.

To excel in this role, you should possess 8-10 years of experience in Business/Strategy Consulting, with a strong background in the Chemicals sector.

Essential qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) or a Master of Business Administration (MBA). A Bachelor in Chemical Engineering is preferred.
