EY Consulting is seeking a Director to join our Business Consulting practice, focusing on Supply Chain & Operations within the Health Sciences & Wellness (CHS) vertical, specifically in Mumbai. This role is integral to transforming businesses through innovation and technology, driving long-term value for clients by solving their most strategic challenges. The CHS vertical encompasses Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors, requiring a deep understanding of evolving market demands and patient-centric operating models.

As part of EY's Business Consulting team, you will engage in reimagining business purposes and models, driving growth, managing costs, and resolving operational challenges. This includes expertise in innovation, strategy, and large-scale program management within areas like Finance Consulting and Business Transformation.

Key responsibilities involve formulating growth strategies for clients, conducting due diligence for M&A transactions, and enhancing pricing and commercial excellence to boost margins. You will lead large-scale transformation programs focused on growth and EBITDA improvement, as well as spearhead the creation and implementation of digital and AI strategies.

Beyond client work, you will lead end-to-end engagement delivery, drive proactive business development, and develop new propositions to enhance sales and pipeline. This includes leading business development with new and existing clients, mentoring consulting teams, and building sector expertise. Developing thought leadership and maintaining project work plans and budgets are also critical components of this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Management or a Master of Business Administration, complemented by a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Business or Strategy Consulting is required.
