EY-Parthenon seeks a Director for its Building Material and Industrials practice in Noida. This role is instrumental in guiding businesses towards strategic objectives and supporting implementation. You will analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify unique advantages and foster alignment across business units.

Lead the execution of Commercial Due Diligences, Growth and Diversification strategies, and Business Transformation projects for private equity and corporate clients.

Cultivate robust client relationships to enhance service quality and secure repeat business.

Demonstrate exceptional industry and functional expertise, ensuring adherence to firm standards and policies. Develop thought leadership and knowledge artifacts for relevant sectors.

Expertise in Business Strategy, Sales Acceleration, Route to Market, Growth Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Go-To-Market Strategy.

Proven experience in delivering complex business strategy and diligence projects.

Strong client and account management skills, coupled with excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Ability to develop and customize client-specific solutions.

Possess strong financial acumen and a clear understanding of financial concepts. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI/Tableau, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, and EMIS is essential.

Experience with planning, inventory management, network planning, and familiarity with Maths, Statistics, Combinatorics & Optimization, and R are valuable. Willingness to travel within India and internationally is required. A collaborative spirit and excellent people management skills are key.
