As Director of Business Consulting, your core responsibilities will include spearheading practice management, supporting partner-led market development, and driving growth initiatives. You will be accountable for managing the practice's Profit and Loss (P&L), meticulously monitoring financial performance, and actively boosting profitability. A key aspect of this role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating business and delivery risks inherent in consulting engagements.

Proven experience in managing practice P&L, including financial oversight and profitability enhancement, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a robust capability in identifying, assessing, and mitigating business and delivery risks associated with consulting projects.

An important part of this role involves building and developing high-performing teams by focusing on capability enhancement and effective practice leadership. The ability to drive thought leadership, leverage extensive industry networks, and collaborate seamlessly across different service lines and competencies is crucial. A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required. Advanced degrees such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), or a PhD in relevant fields are also highly valued.

Essential technical skills include a minimum of 3 years of experience in Machine Learning, Business Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Customer Success Management, Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Talent Acquisition. A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is also a prerequisite for this position.
