Spearhead transformations in record-to-report processes, leveraging deep techno-functional expertise without direct technology implementation. Optimize critical financial operations including Chart of Accounts, manual journal entries, accruals, intercompany reconciliations, account reconciliations, consolidation, financial statement production, cost accounting, and inventory management. Advise CFOs and senior finance leaders on enterprise-wide controllership transformation, and shape AI, automation, and analytics use cases for finance functions. Drive integration into target operating models, ensuring robust technical excellence.

This role requires a CA or MBA in Finance with over 11 years of relevant consulting experience in record-to-report transformation. Candidates should possess deep end-to-end techno-functional knowledge in SAP/Oracle ERP environments and experience with digital finance solutions like Blackline, Trintech, or High Radius, along with familiarity with AI/ML/Gen-AI in finance. Strong consulting, transformation, business development, solution conceptualization, and project management skills are essential. Prior experience with consulting firms and exposure to clients across India and global geographies is preferred.
