Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including LLM and agentic systems.
Define and scale AI-driven engineering practices, focusing on AI-enabled SDLC (AIDLC) frameworks, tools, and reusable platforms to drive productionization.
Apply AI-driven automation and agent-based workflows to enhance engineering productivity, quality, and speed to market.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing, globally distributed AI/ML engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Partner with Product, Business, and Platform teams to align AI-driven solutions with strategic priorities and resolve complex challenges across engineering, data, and infrastructure.
A minimum of 15 years in software engineering, with substantial experience in AI/ML and data-driven systems.
Proven expertise in designing and deploying cloud-native solutions on Azure or AWS, including scalable AI/ML workloads (at least 5 years).
Over 4 years of experience leading large-scale AI/ML engineering organizations (20-50+ team members) with globally distributed teams.
Hands-on experience with Python and modern ML/GenAI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, RAG, and agent frameworks (at least 2 years).
Demonstrated ability to implement AI-enabled software development lifecycle practices (AIDLC) and related tools/frameworks.
Ability to connect AI investments to measurable business outcomes (ROI, efficiency, growth, risk reduction) and collaborate effectively with global teams.
