We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and maintenance of cutting-edge AI and ML platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI infrastructure within a leading organization.

Oversee the construction and upkeep of on-premise hardware clusters, including NVIDIA DGX and GPU nodes, alongside robust storage solutions. Manage GPU scheduling, resource allocation, and multi-instance GPU (MIG) configurations using advanced orchestration tools. Deploy and optimize model serving pipelines, ensuring efficient inference with backends like vLLM, Triton, or TensorRT-LLM. Implement containerization, networking, RBAC, and security monitoring for localized AI workflows. Provide self-service environments, such as Jupyter and Kubeflow, to empower internal data science teams.

A full-time Engineering graduate is required for this senior role. Essential technical proficiencies include deep Linux administration, Docker, and Kubernetes orchestration. Hands-on experience with NVIDIA CUDA, NCCL, and GPU performance tuning is critical. Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps concepts, including model serving runtimes and platforms like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Red Hat OpenShift AI, is highly beneficial. Proficiency in Python and infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible is necessary. A background of 4 to 8+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or AI infrastructure operations is expected.
