Extensive industry experience of 12-15+ years in Business Development for Strategic Advisory, Business Transformation, and Human Capital Consulting, with proven market impact. Demonstrated success in originating, negotiating, and closing high-value professional services engagements. Exceptional ability to influence and command respect at the C-suite level. Strategic mindset to connect organizational design with macroeconomic trends and industry drivers. Bachelor’s / Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree from a Tier 1 B School is required. Subject matter expertise in C-suite stakeholder management, strategic leadership alignment, culture transformation, organization design, and future of work concepts is essential.
