In this role, you will provide essential support for ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI within production environments. You will operate effectively within a 24x7 support model, including rotating shifts, to continuously monitor production data pipelines.

Key responsibilities include performing initial incident triage and severity classification, executing documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures, and maintaining clear incident communications and ticket updates. You will also be responsible for escalating unresolved incidents to Level 2 support with thorough diagnostic context.

This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience looking to launch their career in digital technology support.

Essential qualifications include a demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI in production. The ability to work effectively in a 24x7 support model with rotating shifts is crucial. Strong skills in production data pipeline monitoring, incident triage, ticket management, and escalation are required. Familiarity with documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures is also necessary.
