You will collaborate closely with our European delivery organization and the Head of AI Enablement, focusing on creating reusable AI accelerators, engineering assets, and robust Agentic SDLC capabilities. This is a hands-on opportunity for passionate technologists who excel at rapid learning and transforming novel ideas into functional software.

Key responsibilities include building reusable accelerators for Agentic SDLC and AI-native development, creating AI agents and multi-agent solutions on hyperscaler platforms, and developing prototypes and reference implementations.

You will work with RAG, tool calling, orchestration, evaluation, observability, guardrails, and LLMOps. Experimentation with modern coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex is also part of the role. Additionally, you will evaluate emerging AI technologies and models, contribute to cloud-native AI architectures, and collaborate with global engineering teams.
