Spearhead S/4HANA transformation initiatives as a Digital Solution Lead Consultant, focusing on the SAP SD module. This role involves leading the Sales and Distribution workstream for complex S/4HANA projects, from greenfield implementations to landscape transformations.

You will drive Fit-to-Standard workshops, redesign business processes to align with SAP Best Practices, and provide expert guidance on S/4HANA SD capabilities, particularly in Order-to-Cash scenarios. Leverage your deep understanding of SAP SD to design, configure, and validate solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with S/4HANA simplifications and Fiori applications.

Lead the SAP SD workstream for S/4HANA transformation projects, driving Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process redesign. Design, configure, and validate SAP S/4HANA SD solutions, including sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, CO, EWM, TM, PP, CRM) to ensure integrated end-to-end processes. Provide expertise for data migration and lead testing phases (unit, SIT, UAT, regression). Plan and execute cutover activities, providing hypercare and post-go-live support. Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, project standards, and quality assurance. Mentor SD consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.

Possess over 10 years of SAP SD experience, including at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP ECC to S/4HANA SD differences and simplifications, with hands-on S/4HANA SD configuration experience. Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for SD, Embedded Analytics, FSCM Credit Management, and Output Management (BRF+). Proven experience leading SD teams in large transformation programs, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. An understanding of RICEFW impact in S/4HANA is essential. Experience with LeanIX or Signavio for process flow discussion is a plus.
