Partner closely with customers and sales teams to guide technical decisions and showcase how AI can deliver tangible business outcomes. Your role involves technical discovery, delivering advanced demonstrations and workshops, designing solution architectures, building prototypes, and leading proofs of concept to demonstrate value.

You will help organizations move from conceptual AI possibilities to practical implementations, leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agentic experiences to address real-world business scenarios. Your engagement with technical and business leaders will focus on removing technical hurdles and building confidence in adopting AI responsibly and at scale.

Lead technical engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to translate business needs into secure and scalable AI solutions. Drive technical decisions by designing and delivering impactful demonstrations, architecture sessions, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of concept.

Develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, and other Microsoft AI technologies. Accelerate customer AI adoption by identifying high-value use cases, validating technical feasibility, and demonstrating measurable business value.

Design secure and scalable architectures, guiding customers on implementation, security, governance, and responsible AI practices. Engage effectively with technical and business decision-makers, aligning Microsoft's AI capabilities with customer objectives.

Collaborate with sales teams, specialists, and other technical experts to create comprehensive solutions. Showcase technical depth and continuously enhance skills in AI, agents, Microsoft 365, security, and emerging technologies.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Demonstrated experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, architecture, or customer-facing technology roles is essential.

Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and AI-driven productivity solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agents. Proven ability to deliver hands-on technical engagements such as demonstrations, architecture sessions, and proofs of concept is crucial.

Familiarity with enterprise security, identity management, data governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles for AI solution deployment is expected. Excellent technical communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills are necessary to navigate complex customer environments and collaborate effectively across teams.
