NTT DATA seeks a skilled Digital Solution Consultant (Sr. Consultant) to join our dynamic team. We are specifically looking for a Salesforce expert with advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) development skills and a foundational understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud. This position is crucial for building sophisticated, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce applications that integrate seamlessly with our data strategies.

Design and implement advanced LWC applications, integrating with Salesforce back-end logic and external systems. Create dynamic, interactive user interfaces using LWC, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies, optimizing for performance. Develop solutions using Salesforce APIs, Apex, Platform Events, and Integration Patterns, leading the development of complex front-end components. Ensure all Salesforce applications adhere to best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.

Gain foundational knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts, including data ingestion, unification, and segmentation. Support the configuration of Data Cloud data models and integrations with Salesforce applications like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Collaborate with data teams for effective data management and activation across Salesforce ecosystems. Assist in maintaining Data Cloud environments to support business use cases.

A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience is required, with advanced proficiency in LWC, Apex, and Aura components. Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS for front-end development is essential. In-depth knowledge of event-driven architecture, Apex classes, and Visualforce is necessary. You should have hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events, and the ability to implement complex UI/UX designs.

A basic understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) concepts and its role in customer data unification and segmentation is required. Experience with Data Cloud integrations is a plus. Familiarity with data models, data transformation, and identity resolution processes is beneficial.

Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, JavaScript Developer I, Platform Developer I & II, and Experience Cloud Consultant are highly valued. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities are key. This role requires working in rotational shifts, including weekends and 24x7 coverage. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to mentor junior developers are also important.
