NTT DATA seeks a skilled ServiceNow Enterprise/Platform Architect to join our team. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic advisory. You will configure and develop across major ServiceNow modules, support pre-sales activities, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Help clients maximize their ServiceNow investments through roadmaps, governance, and process optimization.

Lead client engagements to define future-state platform strategies and develop aligned roadmaps. Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies for ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM. Design governance models and process improvement frameworks. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive consensus. Map client needs to ServiceNow capabilities for automation and optimization. Configure ServiceNow modules, perform health scans, and manage integrations. Ensure platform conformance to best practices and licensing.

Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to create proposals and SOWs. Estimate effort, define scope, and align deliverables with client expectations. Support pricing strategies and resource planning for advisory and implementation phases.

A minimum of 8 to 11 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across various modules is essential. Proven success in advisory consulting and technical delivery is required. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations is necessary. Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations is a must. Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions is expected.

Required ServiceNow certifications include Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM - Discovery/Event Management/Service Mapping, or ITAM - Hardware/Software). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are vital for this role.
