Key responsibilities include designing and implementing end-to-end Pega solutions, translating business needs into technical designs, and defining application architecture, class structures, and integration patterns. You will also be responsible for developing complex workflows, UI rules, and integrations, configuring decisioning and business rules, and implementing security mechanisms.

Performance optimization, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring application scalability are crucial. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, including UAT and deployment.

Ensuring compliance with organizational standards, maintaining documentation, and conducting quality assurance checks are also vital aspects of this role.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 1-3 years of IT experience in Pega application development. Strong proficiency in Pega PRPC/Platform (v7.x/v8.x or above), Case Management, BPM concepts, data modeling, and integration services (REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka) is essential.

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are a must.

Preferred qualifications include Pega System Architect (CSA/SA) certification, with CLSA being a plus. Experience with specific Pega applications, cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps tools, and database systems is advantageous. Prior experience in large-scale enterprise implementations is highly desired.
