As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will lead complex implementations and solutions, focusing on CSM modules. This includes designing scalable solutions, providing hands-on expertise in Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Customer Onboarding.

You will architect and manage integrations with CRM, finance, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. A strong understanding of ITSM processes mapped to ITIL standards is essential for ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of ServiceNow experience and 4 years specifically in CSM.

Proven success in enterprise ServiceNow implementations is required. Key skills include proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are also crucial for this role.
