Join NTT DATA as a Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Analyst and drive digital transformation. This role is for dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architects who blend technical expertise with strategic advisory skills.

Become a trusted advisor, guiding clients to optimize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps and process improvements. You'll be instrumental in pre-sales efforts, including proposal development and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs).

Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state strategies. Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and conduct business value assessments across various ServiceNow modules.

Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks. Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and drive consensus on solution design.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, perform health scans, and manage integrations with third-party tools. Ensure platform conformance to best practices and licensing strategies.

Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft compelling proposals and SOWs, estimate effort, and define scope.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules is essential. Proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery is required.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations is key. Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations is necessary.

Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions is expected. Mandatory certifications include 2 or more from CSA, CIS-(ITSM ITOM ITAM HAM/SAM HRSD DISCOVERY), PMP or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are vital for success in this role.
