Join NTT DATA as a Senior Consultant for Digital Solutions in Bangalore, India. This full-time, hybrid role is for an experienced Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level BPM and case management solutions. You will leverage your deep expertise in Pega application architecture, best practices, integration, and performance optimization to lead technical design and mentor team members. Collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams is key to delivering scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Pega applications.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing end-to-end Pega solutions aligned with enterprise standards, translating business requirements into technical designs, and defining application layer structures. You will also develop complex case workflows, UI rules, data pages, decision rules, and integrations, including REST/SOAP services. Performance optimization, identification of bottlenecks, and ensuring application scalability are crucial. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and support Agile/Scrum processes. Collaborate closely with business architects and stakeholders, and support UAT and production deployments. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain comprehensive documentation.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 5-8+ years of IT experience in Pega application development. Essential skills include strong experience with Pega PRPC/Pega Platform (v7.x/v8.x+), Case Management, BPM concepts, data modelling, class structure design, integration services (REST, SOAP, etc.), Pega Decisioning, business rules, and Pega UI frameworks. A strong understanding of Pega guardrails and performance tuning is necessary, alongside experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are a must.

Preferred qualifications include Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA/SSA) certification. Experience with Pega Customer Service, sales automation, cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps tools, and database systems is beneficial. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities are highly valued.
