Define application structures, class hierarchies, case types, and data models, ensuring adherence to Pega Guardrails. Develop complex workflows, UI rules, and integrations, while also optimizing performance and ensuring application scalability. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with business architects for requirement clarification and UAT support.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, coupled with 5-8+ years of IT experience in Pega application development. Essential skills include strong experience with Pega PRPC/Pega Platform (v7.x/v8.x+), Case Management, BPM concepts, data modelling, and integration services (REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka). Proficiency in Pega Decisioning, business rules, UI/UX configuration, Pega Guardrails, performance tuning, and Agile/Scrum methodology is crucial. Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA/SSA) certification is mandatory.
