You will be instrumental in guiding clients through digital transformation journeys.

As a Scrum Master certified professional, you will leverage your expertise to advise and support teams through critical platform migrations and implementations. Your role involves hands-on configuration, development, and contributing to pre-sales activities, including proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) creation. Become a trusted advisor, driving client success through strategic roadmaps and process optimization.

You will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Pro (HAM Pro), utilizing existing platform and process teams. This involves hands-on configuration, bridging current operational processes with HAM Pro capabilities to build a functional, lifecycle-driven solution.

Key duties include conducting current-state assessments, aligning HAM Pro capabilities with client processes, and designing future-state workflows. You'll also be responsible for HAM Pro configuration, integration requirements, process mapping, testing, validation, and comprehensive documentation with knowledge transfer to internal teams.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Solution Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of platform experience and proven success implementing ServiceNow HAM Pro in enterprise settings. A strong grasp of hardware asset lifecycle management, CMDB, and the ServiceNow data model is essential.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with HAM Pro configuration, lifecycle workflows, hardware normalization, and stockroom management is required. Familiarity with integrating HAM with procurement and discovery systems, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills, are critical for success in this role.
