NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. This pivotal role is for an individual passionate about driving digital transformation and adept at leading complex ServiceNow implementations. You will leverage deep technical expertise and strategic insight to deliver cutting-edge solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of robust ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and architect scalable solutions. You'll provide technical leadership and mentorship, customize applications using best practices, and integrate ServiceNow with external systems. Ensuring platform integrity, conducting code reviews, and staying abreast of the latest ServiceNow releases are also key aspects of this role.

This position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience. A proven history of successful enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations is essential. Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio, alongside experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, is mandatory. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are also vital for success in this role. Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.
