NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Digital Solution Consultant, specifically a Lead Consultant with expertise in Pega. This role is integral to our Pega digital practice, requiring a blend of strong technical acumen and business insight. You will be instrumental in guiding Pega projects from conception through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with client business needs and enterprise strategies.

Spearhead the design and integration strategy for Pega application implementations, aligning with transformational objectives. Develop comprehensive data strategies based on client needs and enterprise direction. Provide expert guidance and serve as a subject matter expert for other Pega architects. Drive best practices and thought leadership in Pega methodologies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends. Ensure solutions align with business and IT goals. Quantify the impact of business requirements and changes on systems. Facilitate open communication and fact-based decision-making. Mentor and support development and business architect teams. Develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in developing applications using Pega, with at least 3 years specifically with Pega Constellation, is required. Candidates must possess strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and influence requirements.

Proven experience in leading Pega PRPC-based solution delivery from a technical perspective is essential. Expertise in Pega PRPC enterprise class structure design, application profiling, and core concepts like Activities, Functions, and Rule-set Management is expected. Familiarity with multi-language support, UI frameworks, email listeners, SSO integration, and security privileges is also necessary.
