Partner closely with finance and business stakeholders to deeply understand their planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs. You will be instrumental in requirement gathering, designing comprehensive solutions, and overseeing testing, deployment, and user adoption for critical planning initiatives.

Your role will involve designing and implementing robust planning solutions that support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, FP&A processes, and long-range planning. You'll also collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of planning solutions with SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems, while recommending process improvements and best practices based on your implementation experience. Ongoing support for production planning activities, issue resolution, and continuous enhancements will also be key.

This position requires hands-on experience in delivering SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions within enterprise settings. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in implementing diverse planning processes such as FP&A, Opex, Workforce, CAPEX, and Revenue planning, along with management reporting.

Experience supporting complex planning environments with multiple business units, varying planning cycles, scenarios, versions, and approval workflows is essential. A background in SAP BPC, BW-IP, BW Planning, Anaplan, or similar enterprise planning solutions is highly preferred. Familiarity with integrated landscapes including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Datasphere, and non-SAP source systems is also crucial. The ability to directly engage with business stakeholders and translate planning requirements into scalable, effective solutions is a must.
