Architect resilient SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, BTP) across on-premises and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, RISE with SAP). Provide expert guidance on SAP HANA administration, HA/DR, performance tuning, and security. Lead complex SAP projects, including S/4HANA conversions, OS/DB migrations, and major upgrades, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Drive presales activities by developing competitive technical solutions, contributing to proposals, and presenting strategies to C-level executives. Oversee Application Management Services (AMS) delivery, manage escalations, and mentor support teams to ensure exceptional service and continuous improvement.

A minimum of 12 years of SAP Basis experience, with at least 5 years in an Architect or Lead capacity, including demonstrable presales experience. Proven track record with at least two full SAP implementations and 3-4 upgrade/migration projects within a Tier-1 organization. Deep hands-on expertise in SAP Basis, NetWeaver, S/4HANA, HANA, Oracle, and MSSQL database administration. Extensive experience leading SAP OS/DB migrations and S/4HANA conversions/migrations. Strong working knowledge of running SAP on major hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) or in a RISE with SAP context. Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed technical teams and excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts.
