As a Subject Matter Expert, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and design innovative solutions. Your contributions will directly impact client success and drive the adoption of advanced technologies within their organizations.

Architect and design sophisticated business process services, independently responding to RFP opportunities.

Provide expert consulting on technology solutions, driving the adoption of GenAI and AI-based approaches across various platforms.

Engage actively with clients through workshops to elicit and define both technical and functional requirements.

Develop comprehensive Point of Views, detailing scope, due-diligence findings, proposed approaches, and anticipated business and cost benefits.

Collaborate effectively with global business teams and stakeholders within NTT DATA to ensure seamless project execution.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on business process services.

Seven years of experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry.

A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with automation and machine learning solutions.

Five years of experience in financial cost modelling and demonstrating business value to executive leadership.

Possess excellent communication and articulation skills in English, coupled with strong proficiency in Excel and mathematical acumen.

Exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for AI/ML technologies, with a proactive approach to continuous learning.
