Lead the design and development of innovative business solutions tailored for clients in the Healthcare and Life Insurance sectors. This role is pivotal in supporting client pursuits by crafting compelling proposals, developing robust business cases, and defining strategic cost models and pricing strategies.

Spearhead end-to-end solution development for BPO opportunities in Healthcare and Life Insurance. Develop comprehensive business cases highlighting value propositions, financial benefits, and operational efficiencies. Construct detailed cost and pricing models with sound commercial assumptions for competitive proposals. Design scalable operating models, delivery approaches, staffing plans, and transition strategies. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to create integrated client solutions. Analyze RFPs and business requirements to formulate differentiated solution strategies. Create compelling solution narratives, proposal content, and executive presentations. Support solution validation, pricing reviews, and executive governance throughout the pursuit cycle. Participate actively in client discovery sessions, workshops, and proposal presentations. Identify and mitigate operational risks, dependencies, and assumptions. Integrate industry best practices, automation, digital capabilities, and continuous improvement into solutions. Ensure proposed solutions align with organizational capabilities, financial targets, and contractual obligations. Assist in transition planning and knowledge transfer to delivery teams.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Bring at least 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, Business Consulting, or Pre-Sales within a BPO or outsourcing organization. Demonstrate extensive experience in developing business cases, financial models, pricing strategies, and cost estimates for large outsourcing engagements. Proven ability to design end-to-end BPO solutions specifically for Healthcare or Life Insurance clients. Maintain a strong understanding of outsourcing delivery models, shared services, offshore/onshore delivery, and operational transformation. Have prior experience supporting client pursuits, responding to RFPs, developing proposals, and delivering oral presentations. Exhibit excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. Possess strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
