As a Senior AI Engineer, you will take ownership of features from conception to deployment. This includes designing and building production-grade AI systems, translating stakeholder needs into scalable technical solutions, and developing robust APIs for model integration.

You will be responsible for scaling applications, optimizing performance for high-volume demands, and managing models and services in production using CI/CD pipelines. The role requires both strong individual contribution and leadership in stakeholder engagement, including mentoring junior engineers.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and 4-8 years of hands-on software/AI engineering experience. Essential skills include strong proficiency in Python and its AI/ML ecosystem, with solid experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.

Demonstrated experience with Transformer architectures, designing and developing REST APIs, and scaling applications is crucial. Familiarity with Azure cloud services and production deployment practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring) is also required. Ideally, you will have experience with Agentic AI systems and associated frameworks.
