This role focuses on the implementation and optimization of FIS Quantum, a leading Treasury Management System (TMS).

We are seeking a senior professional to drive impactful Quantum implementations, acting as a key advisor to Treasury, Finance, and IT stakeholders. Your expertise will be vital in translating complex treasury requirements into scalable Quantum designs and roadmaps.

Lead and co-lead multi-workstream Quantum implementations, guiding projects from scope and design through build, testing, go-live, and stabilization.

Translate complex treasury requirements, including FX, MM, IRD, commodities, cash pooling/IHB, netting, payments, and hedge accounting, into robust Quantum designs and strategic roadmaps.

Facilitate solution design workshops, develop blueprints, specifications, data models, and comprehensive test strategies while effectively managing risks, issues, and change control.

Configure core Quantum modules such as Deal Capture, Cash/Liquidity, Payments, Confirmations, Accounting, Risk, and Reporting, including workflow (EWF) with a focus on controls and auditability.

Design and optimize interfaces with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), bank connectivity, market data feeds, and downstream reporting tools (BI/DWH).

Develop and optimize SQL queries, reports, and customizations as required, contributing to performance tuning and ensuring environment readiness.

Oversee SIT/UAT planning and execution, author test plans and cases, coordinate defect triage, and manage cutover runbooks and post-go-live support.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX requirements throughout the design, testing, and change management processes.

Assess existing Quantum environments to identify opportunities for quick wins, facilitate release adoption, and propose medium-term enhancements (APIs, oData, EWF, dashboards, data lakes/BI, AI use cases).

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, complemented by substantial industry experience, is required.

Possess 5–8+ years of experience in Treasury Management System (TMS) delivery, with hands-on FIS Quantum experience across at least two full lifecycle implementations.

Demonstrate strong treasury domain knowledge, covering cash and liquidity management, IHB/pooling, payments and connectivity, FX/IR/commodity risk, hedge accounting, and accounting integration.

Exhibit technical depth including SQL and data model familiarity, understanding of integration patterns with ERPs, banks, and market data providers, and experience with Quantum EWF, interfaces, and custom reports.

Proven client-facing consulting skills are essential, including workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, presenting solution options, and stakeholder management up to the CFO/Treasurer level.

Be willing to travel 25–50% based on project demands.

Additionally, cultivate long-term client relationships, network effectively, and identify business development opportunities.

Deliver high-quality client services by directing engagement progress, reporting status to engagement managers, and managing staff performance.

Possess strong presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling PowerPoint decks to communicate solution architecture to diverse stakeholders.

Have a solid understanding and experience with L1 and L2 support processes.
