As a Digital Project Manager and Senior Consultant, you will facilitate key agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and demos.

You'll leverage your deep expertise in agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban to guide cross-functional teams. This includes creating Jira dashboards, roadmaps, and dependency maps to ensure project visibility and alignment.

Your role involves coaching teams, driving operational excellence, and sharing agile best practices. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for engaging stakeholders and ensuring project success.

We require a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a proven track record of coaching cross-functional scrum teams.

Candidates should possess deep expertise in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, along with certifications in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies. Experience in creating Jira dashboards, roadmaps, or dependency maps is also essential.

A development background with a solid understanding of IT change management and deployment processes is preferred. Experience in Software Development, DevOps, AI and ML, or IT fields is highly advantageous. Excellent people and team management skills are crucial for success in this role.
