As a Digital Product Manager, you will spearhead the definition and delivery of innovative digital health and pharmacy solutions. Your role involves crafting detailed functional specifications, including capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, all informed by stakeholder feedback. You will collaborate closely with business and technology teams to shape product strategy, meticulously prioritize features, and ensure the successful execution of product roadmaps.

This role is integral to driving the evolution of our digital healthcare and pharmacy offerings. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategizing for future growth, and ensuring seamless product delivery from conception to launch. Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for digital healthcare and pharmacy solutions. Translate business needs into actionable capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release priorities. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, aligning it with key business objectives. Collaborate with engineering teams on capability evaluation, solution design, and release planning. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements effectively to development teams. Work closely with UX and engineering to shape intuitive product design and user experience. Create release notes, demo scripts, and conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders and clients. Analyze data to support product decisions and business cases. Maintain a deep understanding of product capabilities and feature requirements. Drive continuous improvement based on feedback from retrospectives and product reviews. Identify and mitigate potential product risks proactively. Foster an innovative culture across the product portfolio. Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions effectively.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Allied Health Sciences, or MCA is required. A Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare is preferred.

Possess at least five years of IT industry experience, with a minimum of three years specifically in Healthcare Informatics, Product Management, Product Owner, or Business Analysis roles.

Demonstrate experience within Healthcare, Pharmacy, PBM, or related healthcare technology domains. Proven ability in defining capabilities, features, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria is essential.

Experience managing product backlogs and working within Agile product development frameworks is crucial. Solid understanding of healthcare workflows, pharmacy systems, prescription adjudication, specialty pharmacy operations, and member journeys is necessary.

Showcase strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected for effective collaboration and presentation.
