EY's Enterprise Technology group is seeking a Digital Experience Product Owner to drive the implementation of EY-specific products powered by the Adobe platform. This role involves working within an agile framework, supporting global platforms, and closely collaborating with business stakeholders to define and manage product backlogs. This Product Owner position is integral to the Digital Experience Product Team, focusing on EY's global platforms. The role emphasizes close collaboration with business units to translate needs into actionable requirements for development. You will be responsible for managing the Azure DevOps backlog to facilitate rapid development cycles and ensure successful product delivery.

As a key member of the Digital Experience Product Team, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing a deep understanding of assigned service areas and their underlying business objectives. - Representing business objectives to project teams and ensuring they are central to delivery. - Capturing business context, including problems, current state, desired future state, and user impact. - Defining and managing business, user, and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Acting as a crucial communication link between business users and IT personnel. - Facilitating requirement meetings, employing various techniques to define scope and requirements efficiently. - Ensuring change control procedures are followed regarding requirements. - Understanding business cases and project scope to ensure alignment.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. - 7+ years of experience in a large corporate IT environment, with 5+ years specifically as a business analyst. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps. - Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with Identity and Access Management and a customer-centric approach. - Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and documentation. - SAFe Agile Certification is required. - Experience with Adobe DX products is essential.

Ideally, candidates will also have experience in professional services or global IT organizations, familiarity with ITIL, and a strong understanding of Information Security tenets.
