As a key player in engineering transformation, you will advise clients on strategic roadmaps for PLM, ALM, Digital Twins, and New Product Development (NPD). You will design tailored "As-Is" and "To-Be" state maps, identify opportunities for AI and Agentic AI integration, and translate complex business challenges into actionable AI-led solutions.

Lead comprehensive engineering transformation programs covering product development, R&D, manufacturing, and service lifecycles. You will also develop strategic market insights, competitive benchmarks, and thought leadership assets on critical themes such as Digital Twins, Agile PLM, MBSE, and AI-enabled transformation.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 6 years in driving requirements gathering, process design, and implementation direction for PLM/ALM platforms. Strong functional knowledge of at least one major PLM suite (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE, SAP PLM) is essential.

Your profile should include experience facilitating client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive presentations, along with managing multi-cultural, multi-geography engagement teams with robust project management discipline. You will leverage organizational data to unlock engineering intelligence and build assets and frameworks focused on emerging themes like Agentic Engineering, Intelligent PLM, and AI-enabled transformation.
