Execute server and workload migrations to AWS, including configuring and operating AWS Application Migration Service (MGN).

Conduct source server assessments, install agents, configure replication, and perform migration readiness checks.

Execute test migrations, validate replicated workloads, troubleshoot issues, and participate in migration wave planning and cutover preparation.

Perform production cutovers, post-migration validation, and hypercare, while troubleshooting OS, network, storage, DNS, Active Directory, and application connectivity problems.

Support migration runbook creation, documentation, and rollback procedures, collaborating with technical leads and application owners.

Requires 6+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years focused on cloud migration or cloud infrastructure.

Mandatory skills include hands-on experience migrating Windows/Linux servers to AWS or similar public clouds, practical knowledge of AWS EC2, EBS, VPC, security groups, and IAM, along with experience in AWS MGN or comparable migration technologies.

Strong Windows/Linux administration and troubleshooting skills are essential, as is familiarity with VMware, DNS, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and server replication processes.

Demonstrated experience troubleshooting infrastructure and OS issues, and the ability to safely execute production changes are critical. Direct involvement in real server or workload migrations is a non-negotiable selection criterion.
