Join our team as a Digital Associate, contributing to Ring Data Engineering Services. This role focuses on creating high-quality written content for multimedia projects and performing object labeling within audio, image, and video data. You'll be instrumental in developing clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to audience needs.

Key responsibilities include performing simple annotation tasks within ML data processes, such as audio, image, and video file analysis. You'll utilize internal tools and software, participate in data collection under provided guidelines, and strictly adhere to compliance and confidentiality standards. A strong command of English grammar, syntax, and linguistic rules is essential to ensure all generated text is accurate and appropriate. This role involves performing quality audits, meeting daily productivity and quality targets, and tracking task completion. You will also contribute feedback to streamline processes and assist in testing new SOPs and ML data tools.

Ideal candidates possess a strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary. While a background in linguistics, creative writing, or computational linguistics is preferred, we require a solid analytical mindset for data interpretation. Familiarity with the Windows desktop environment, including Word, Excel, IE, and Firefox, is necessary. This role demands flexibility and a willingness to engage in repetitive tasks, coupled with high energy and a proactive approach. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines are crucial. A passion for language, technology, and AI advancements is highly valued.
