Participate in data collection initiatives, adhering strictly to scripts and instructions. Apply advanced language skills, including grammar, syntax, and linguistic rules, to ensure generated text is accurate and appropriate.

Conduct quality audits and verification to maintain high internal process standards. Meet daily productivity and quality targets, tracking annotation and data collection queries for stakeholder resolution. Provide individual status reports on daily task completion.

Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance requirements to safeguard customer data. Assist in testing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ML data tools. Offer constructive feedback to refine existing processes, promoting consistency and high-quality results. Provide remedial guidance on tool usage and other relevant topics.

A strong command of the English language, encompassing grammar, syntax, and vocabulary, is essential. A background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
