Join our Ring Data Engineering Services team as a Digital Associate, focusing on crafting compelling written content for multimedia assets and performing detailed object labeling across audio, image, and video files. This role is pivotal in developing clear, concise, and informative content tailored to audience needs, ensuring high-quality output for our data processes.

We are looking for individuals with a strong command of the English language and a keen eye for detail to contribute to our innovative projects.

This role involves performing straightforward annotation tasks within specific ML data processes, such as audio, image, and video file labeling, using our proprietary tools. You will also contribute to data collection initiatives under provided guidance, strictly adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.

Key duties include applying advanced language skills to ensure grammatical accuracy and appropriate usage in generated text. Maintaining high process quality through regular audits, meeting daily productivity and quality targets, and tracking/reporting queries are essential. You will also assist in testing new Standard Operating Procedures and ML data tools, providing constructive feedback for process improvement and offering training on tool usage.

A proactive approach to identifying and rectifying errors, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities, is expected. Passion for language, technology, and AI advancements will be a significant asset.

A strong command of the English language, encompassing grammar, syntax, and vocabulary, is essential. While a background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related field is preferred, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a basic requirement.

Candidates should possess an analytical mindset, the ability to evaluate data for system improvement, and familiarity with the Windows desktop environment, including applications like Word and Excel.
