Join our Data Engineering Services team as a Digital Associate, focusing on crafting high-quality written content for multimedia projects and precise labeling of data across audio, image, and video formats. Your role will be pivotal in producing clear, concise, and impactful content tailored to audience needs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to linguistic standards.

Engage in straightforward annotation tasks within specialized Machine Learning data processes. Utilize provided internal tools and software for content creation and data labeling.

Participate in data collection efforts as per defined scripts and instructions, strictly adhering to compliance and confidentiality mandates. Apply advanced language, grammar, and linguistic expertise to ensure all generated text is grammatically sound, syntactically correct, and uses appropriate language. Conduct quality audits to maintain high internal process standards and meet daily productivity and quality targets. Accurately track daily task completion and provide status reports, while also managing and escalating queries related to annotation and data collection to relevant stakeholders. Ensure customer data and organizational security by upholding strict confidentiality and compliance, aiding in the testing of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ML data tools. Provide constructive feedback to refine existing processes for enhanced consistency and quality. Offer guidance on tool usage and other relevant topics as needed.

Possess a strong command of the English language, encompassing grammar, syntax, and vocabulary. A background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related discipline is advantageous.

Demonstrate an analytical approach, with the ability to interpret data for system performance enhancement. Proficiency with the Windows desktop environment, including Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Firefox, is essential. A willingness to perform repetitive tasks with flexibility and enthusiasm is required.
