Join our team as a Digital Associate, focusing on creating high-quality written content for various media formats and labeling objects within audio, image, and video files. The core of this role involves producing clear, concise, and informative content tailored to meet audience needs, specifically within the Ring Data Engineering Services.

This position emphasizes meticulous data annotation and content creation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. You'll contribute to the ML data process by performing detailed annotation tasks using provided internal tools and software.

Key responsibilities include performing simple annotation tasks on audio, image, and/or video files using internal tools. You will also participate in data collection activities when provided with scripts and instructions, always adhering to strict compliance and confidentiality requirements.

Apply your strong language skills, grammar knowledge, and linguistic understanding to generate text that follows proper grammar, syntax, and appropriate language usage. You will conduct quality audits and verifications to maintain high internal process standards, meet daily productivity and quality targets, and track/share queries related to annotation and data collection.

Daily task completion status must be tracked using recommended tools, and individual status reports provided. Adherence to confidentiality and compliance is crucial to ensure zero risk to customer data. You will also assist in testing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ML data tools, offering specific and timely feedback to streamline processes and improve overall quality and consistency.

A strong command of the English language, encompassing grammar, syntax, and vocabulary, is essential. A background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related field is preferred.

Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data to enhance system performance. Familiarity with the Windows desktop environment, including the use of Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Firefox, is required. Flexibility and a genuine interest in performing repetitive tasks are also necessary.

Demonstrate a high level of energy, a proactive nature, and a strong sense of ownership. The ability to embrace the challenge of daily deadlines and exceptional attention to detail are critical for identifying and rectifying errors.
